You will receive regular statistics to determine how much interest your property is receiving. Properties with a value of over €50,000 are promoted by Property Guides. It is also promoted in Abruzzo, through our colleague, whose office we share in Pescara.
Photographs of both the outside of the property (including any gardens or views) and interior rooms which show your property to best advantage. Ideally, they should be in landscape format and at least 150kb in size. If you have higher resolution pictures, we can adapt them as required. A description is also needed although bullet points are fine.
You will also need to provide copies, of the following documents, so that we can confidently impart accurate information, about the property, to prospective buyers.
We do not insist on exclusivity and there is no cost for marketing your property. Normal agency fees are levied at the time of sale.

Our colleague in Abruzzo is both Italian and English speaking and can show your property to prospective clients. If required, he can take photographs and prepare a description although there may be a small charge for this, based on the location. This will cover the cost of petrol and time.
