Property Management Services In Abruzzo

You've bought your dream property and are a little concerned about your general bills being paid. There is no need to worry as we can help you, especially if you are not living full-time in Abruzzo or are still learning Italian.

BASIC PACKAGE

We offer a basic package that includes receiving all your bills at our administration office in Pescara. This covers utility bills (water, gas, electricity, telephone and Wi-Fi), TARI (refuse tax) and IMU/TASI (yearly property taxes). We ensure payment of these bills, when they are due. This is providing that there are sufficient funds in your petty cash account, in accordance with the basic package contract.

OTHER SERVICES

We also offer other services that you can add to the basic package. These include;

• Central heating boiler maintenance (in compliance with Italian law)
• Insurance renewal for buildings and contents
• Key Custody
• Monthly property inspection
• Servicing and property maintenance
• Turning on utilities, central heating etc.
• House cleaning
• Maintenance of tennis courts, swimming pools etc.
• Document renewals
• Providing tradesmen
• Pet care
• Alarm response and intervention (if necessary)
• Assistance with residency applications
