The villa is the central one of three town-homes, in a little complex of 5 homes, (three in a row, and two in a back row) with an internal court between the two rows, fenced and with electric gate. Every home has an independent front entrance and garden, only to the back of the property is in the common courtyard. The villa has a parking space as part of the property, inside the courtyard.
The property has energy certification.
The villa is a four level building of approximately 160m2. The basement is half-way under the ground and half completely out, since the villa lies on the side of a cliff. The basement has a garage, with a lot of space available for storage, a small bathroom (sink and WC) and a big room (recreation room) with a fireplace (Modern fireplace with electric fan for air-heating of the rooms) and a wood-fired oven (for delicious food!). This room has lines for an additional kitchen/sink etc. It contains also a modern furnace for the heating elements of the house.
The first level has two big balconies (front and rear) and is dedicated to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and is made of chestnut. A bathroom is present with sink, WC, bidet and shower box. The second level has two big balconies (front and rear) one for the master bedroom and one for the other bedroom. Right now the other bedroom is equipped with a big wardrobe. A bathroom is present with sink, WC, bidet and an hydro-massage bathtub.
All the second floor has parquet (hardwood floors).
The third level (attic) is a big room, with a small window (half-circle), with all hardwood floor (could be another room/office/cinema room....). It has an unfinished bathroom, with all the piping/connections ready.
On the front there is a private, small garden of about 20-25m2, with water faucet for the irrigation.
