The property is located in the ancient village of Vicoli, just a few steps from the town square and the village bar, a meeting point for the local community.
The characteristic house dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and has preserved the old architectural features such as the sandblasted brick vaulted ceilings, original handmade wooden doors, cupboards built into the walls of several rooms, and the railings of the balconies.
The house has a habitable portion and a completely detached portion in need of renovation.
From the external courtyard which overlooks the valley and with a view of the mountains, access is gained through the main door to the GROUND FLOOR of the house, which is composed as follows:
an entrance hall, on the left is a very large room which could be used as a living room (at the moment it is furnished as a bedroom), on the right is the kitchen/living room with fireplace; from the kitchen it is possible to enter the hallway to the bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there are three more rooms, two of which have exit doors to the street.
A comfortable, wide white marble staircase leads to the FIRST FLOOR with a hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A balcony and a sheltered terrace, with exposed wooden beams, complete the beauty of this house. There are stunning, panoramic views from all of these outdoor spaces.
The electricity, gas, water system and sewage are provided by main services.
There is central heating provided with radiators and an electric boiler.
It would also be possible to purchase the plot of land in front of the house at the price of €10.000.
