MOSCUFO - PESCARA PROVINCE
The ancient fortified village of Moscufo is in a wonderful position, equidistant from the airport, coast and mountains. It is at a height of 254 metres above sea level and stretches over hills of olive groves and overlooks the valley of the River Tavo. The most important monument of Moscufo is the stunning Romanesque church of Abbazzia di Santa Maria del Lago which dates to the middle of 12th century.
