In the centre of Torre de 'Passeri is an old palace with 3 units which have recently been restored.
With different entrances, the units also have semi-underground floors, with nice rooms and exposed brick features. These would be ideal for conversion into taverns or cantinas.
The properties can be purchased together, or, separately, starting from the first unit at €71,000. The other 2 units are €82,000 and €95,000. All the properties are about 100 sqm in size.
After light fittings and choice of kitchen the properties are immediatelyhabitable.
In the photo gallery, there are pictures and floor plans of all the units.
A personal visit would be perfect to understand the various properties.

Torre is one of the larger towns in the area with delightful views of the surrounding mountains. The town is located near the River Pescara at 172 metres above sea level. It is dominated by the 18th Century Palazzo Mazzara and Gizzi Castle which houses the Dante Gallery containing books, prints and other miscellaneous articles relating to Dante’s Divine Comedy.
The 3,095 inhabitants have lots of facilities to take advantage of including banks, post offices, chemists, petrol stations, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is a weekly market, each Saturday morning, selling produce from the local area.
One of the year’s important events is the festival of ‘arrosticini’ or lamb skewers, held each July.
