The house is a little dated but is in perfect condition and habitable. All utilities are connected.
Accommodation comprises: Entrance, kitchen, living room with fireplace, balcony and bathroom.
An internal staircase leads the upper floor with bedroom, WC and little terrace.
Outside the building is a large equipped tavern which in good condition.
LETTOMANOPPELLO - PESCARA PROVINCE
The village has approximately 3,000 inhabitants and is 370 metres above sea level. It is on a hillside overlooking the Lavino Valley with stunning countryside and mountain views.
Lettomanopello was originally occupied by the Romans, who excavated asphalt in the area. It was subsequently quarried for its white stone and marble and is still famous for its stonemasons’ workshops which keep an ancient tradition alive. The history of the current town dates to the 11th century.
Lettomanoppello is in the Majella National Park and is a known starting point for beautiful excursions and outdoor activities including hiking, climbing and winter sports. The highest peak is Monte Amaro which is 2,973 metres above sea level and the famous ski resort of Passo Lanciano is just minutes away.
For residents of the village there is a pharmacy, bank, post office, small store and weekly market. Many restaurants, serving local specialities and wine, can be found in town and the surrounding area.
