The entire property is made up of three houses. One is very old and needs full restoration. The other two main houses are joined by a small bridge on the first floor.
The smaller house is a brick/stone house and has been completely gutted ready for work to begin. It has a new roof and the walls have been tied using the concrete, earthquake proof system and all external/structural works have been approved by the comune and signed off.
The larger, main house has vaulted ceilings on the ground floor that was previously used for wine making and storage. The town has all amenities and is a great place from which to explore the National Park with its jagged limestone peaks, alpine plateaux and fascinating flora and fauna.
