Famed for it olive oil, the terrain surrounding Loreto Aprutino is dotted with olive groves.
This particular plot is a short distance from the town centre and the church of S. Maria in Piano. The land is flat and faces the road. It measures 12,000 sq. metres and the General Development Plan, in force, insists that 770sqm is reserved for residential purposes with a building index of 0.40 sqm x 1 sqm.
