Traditional country house to restore with vineyard and olive trees in the beautiful countryside of Loreto Aprutino. The vineyard has a total area of 0,65 ha. It consists of 1/3 Trebbiano, white wine and 2/3 Montepulciano, red wine. All DOC which was obtained last year. Average harvest is about 18 tons of grapes. Documentation is prepared to expand the vineyard to about 2,5 ha.
The land consists of 3,8 hectares with 660 ancient olive trees. The regular harvest is about 1500 kg of olives.
Daily works on the land is undertaken by a specialised company with all certificates necessary to operate and manage the farm.
There is a public bus service every hour from Loreto to Pescara and the beach. The town of Loreto is a wonderful place to either live or make beautiful holidays.

Loreto Aprutino is one of the most picturesque hilltop towns in Abruzzo. It is a fabulous location for exploring the region being located so close to famous historic towns, pristine beaches and rugged mountains.

The production of olive oil is very important for the town’s economy hence the museum dedicated to this traditional delicacy and the many olive groves that dot the surrounding hills.
