The property has two independent entrances. It is composed of an entrance hall, dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room leads to the balcony and has access to the garden via a staircase. At the moment the garden has been covered with concrete, with a little work it would be nice to re-create the garden space whilst leaving a concrete area for car parking only.
The property has been completely restored with good building materials. It keeps the original vaulted ceiling with exposed bricks.
The bathroom with shower has been also been restored.
The house is ready to live in.
Water, gas and electricity are connected to the main services.
Gas central heating is with radiators.
