The house is excellent for permanent living or as a holiday home.
VACRI - CHIETI PROVINCE
The village of Vacri is situated on a hill in a panoramic position. It is 310 metres above sea level and is in an area surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. There are 1,692 inhabitants and the town is ideally located, as it is about 30 minutes from airport, coast and mountains. This means that outdoor activities abound including sailing, water sports, hiking, climbing and skiing. For golf enthusiasts, there is even a full-sized course at Miglianico, just 10 minutes away.
At the end of August there is a popular festival based on crafts and the local agriculture. Vacri has a few food shops, chemist, post office, bank, bars and restaurants.
