The complex has two buildings plus a separate annexe. It has a beautifully kept garden and courtyard.
The first building is on two levels and consists of:

The second building is on two levels and consists of:
Ground floor - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Upper level - 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, all utility connections are available.
There is a courtyard measuring 40sqm with annexe. It has a living area with open plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom.
CIVITAQUANA - PESCARA PROVINCE
This historic town is located on a hill at 550 metres above sea level. The oldest part is medieval although archaeological findings point to the existence of an ancient Roman settlement.
There are 1300 inhabitants and the town has many facilities including bank, post office, chemist, bars, restaurants and food shops.
Civitaquana is ideally located close to the mountains, national parks and Adriatic. There are several well-equipped ski resorts about one hour’s drive from the town. The surrounding area is brilliant for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and rock climbing. If you prefer the quieter life there are many bars and restaurants offering traditional homemade Abruzzesi dishes and fabulous local wines.
