This property is a townhouse in the historic centre of Campli, just a few metres from the important church of “Scala Santa”
The main body of the building has two floors. There are two independent entrances that lead into the square which has a beautiful public garden with outstanding views of the countryside outside the city walls. On the opposite side there is the private courtyard.
The courtyard is situated in the centre of the property and is surrounded on two sides by the main parts of the house. On another side there is a neighbour's building and, on the south side, there is a wall with the main entrance to the house.
The last part of the building can be accessed by the courtyard or externally from another private entrance to the street.
The property has been only partially restored (structure and roof), so there is still a wide choice in the future arrangement of the interior spaces. Accommodation currently consists of:
Ground Floor - The rooms 1 and 2 are two almost identical spaces with two beautiful barrel vaults. There are on one side 2 entrances and, on the opposite side, a door that leads to the courtyard
Just beyond the courtyard is the room 3 which is a large and tall space with the possibility of making a mezzanine and a bathroom.
First Floor - Rooms 4, 5 and 6 are very similar, and can be arranged for example with two bedrooms and one study. Room 7 should be designed to create a hallway and a bathroom. The rooms all have barrel vaults.

CAMPLI - TERAMO PROVINCE
The delightful town of Campli is located a few kilometres north of Teramo in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. It is on the lower slopes of Mount Campli at 393 metres above sea level with a population of just over 7,000.
Campli has maintained some of its fascinating, medieval and renaissance features. These include remarkable civil and religious buildings, ancient porticos and churches which are rich in major artworks. The main town square houses the renowned Collegiate Church of Santa Maria in Platea with its impressive belfry which towers above the town. There is also the National Archaeological Museum which is housed in the former convent of San Francesco. It is dedicated to the early history of the area and a ‘must visit’ to view its valuable exhibits.
One of Campli’s most important festivals is the ‘Sagra della Porchetta Italica’ translated as the Feast of Italian Pork. It lasts for nearly a week with music, competitions, stalls and, of course, local pork dishes.
The town has food shops, bank, post office, chemists, bars and restaurants with the city of Teramo just 15 minutes away, offering a wide scope of facilities.
