Relatively unknown to the international market, the coastal region of Abruzzo is on the rebound after a decade of falling home prices.
Abruzzo is not well known in the international market, said Keith Purdie, the director of Abruzzo Property Italy, a London and Pescara based real estate agency.
"It is the ideal place to purchase a holiday home to totally and completely chill."
